Q: When do I get my mallows?

A: We make our mallows on Tuesdays and Wednesdays every week. Once it’s fulfilled, please allow 2-5 business days for shipping depending on where you live. Local delivery orders can (not guaranteed to) be received in one day.

Q: What is in your mallows?

A: Our mallows are made with simple ingredients and no GMOs or artificial colors or flavors. The ingredients include: Colorado honey or organic tapioca syrup, cane sugar, gelatin, natural flavorings, and tapioca starch. 

Q: Do you have vegan or non-gelatin options?

A: As of right now, our classic hot cocoa is vegan. We may be testing out vegan mallows in the near future, but at the moment all mallow flavors include Knox gelatin. 

Q: Are you in any stores?

A: As of now our mallows are only available via our website and in various pop-ups and markets. Follow us on social to keep in the loop!

Q: How long do the mallows stay fresh for?

A: Honey-Vanilla & Cookie Butter flavors: If sealed correctly, they will stay fresh for up to 6 weeks.
Chocolate-Peanut Butter Swirl'd Peace: If sealed correctly, they will stay fresh for up to 4 weeks. Keep mallow in the fridge until you are ready to use. The flavor is best when cooled to room-temp.

Q: What can you do for my event?

A: We can do favors (marshmallow-pops or krispy treats) in just about any shape, size, and color you want to match your event. We can also set up a DIY s’mores bar or gourmet cocoa bar at your event. Let us know if you have anything else in mind!
